This full-day training serves as an overview with hands-on practice to conduct basic water audits at small to medium-sized commercial facilities. The training focuses on skill building to assist in identifying water use and water waste, standard data collection using various methods and equipment to evaluate water consumption, water use calculations, and customer reporting. A mock water audit will be conducted within the training facility. This class is intended for architects, building owners and operators, contractors, energy consultants, contractors and real estate professionals.

City-initiated General Plan Land Use/Transportation Diagram Amendments associated with the Downtown Strategy 2000 update (Downtown Strategy 2040); including
1) Changing the General Plan land use designation from Combined Industrial/Commercial to a combination of Downtown and Commercial Downtown on an approximately 10-acre site generally located south of Coleman Avenue between SR-87 and the Guadalupe River; and
2) Changing the General Plan land use designation from Downtown to Combined Industrial/ Commercial on approximately 2.05 acres located on the north side of Ryland Street, east of SR-87, and south and west of Coleman Avenue.

Special Use Permit to remove four non-ordinance sized trees, to construct an eight story building with approximately 87 affordable residential units totaling approximately 95,463 square feet, to utilize Transportation Demand Management (TDM) measures to reduce the parking requirements by 50%, and to allow an alternative parking arrangement (i.e. carlifts) on an approximately 0.38 gross acre site.
